Buju co-defendant to plead 'guilty'?

New details in the Buju Banton case suggest that one of the Gargamel’s co-defendants will plead guilty.
Buju Banton and two other men face a charge of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute more than five kilos of cocaine. Information reaching the Zee is that James Mack one of the men charged along with Buju may enter into a plea.
Meanwhile, according to court documents filed on Wednesday, Buju Banton and his lawyer David Markus are requesting a delay in the trail.
Buju’s trial is expected to begin on March 1 but the deejay and his lawyer are requesting an April 12 trial date.
Banton, who has pleaded not guilty, has been in federal custody since December. He faces up to 20 years in prison if charged.
